Our process
Initial Contact
We will ensure we take the necessary time to understand you as an individual, your aspirations, and what motivates you. This can take place face-to-face or via video link.
Shortlist of Ideas
At Olivia-Ruella Ltd we work with an unparalleled variety of firms and we will do all that we can to ensure that we find the right firm and the right opportunity for you. We recognise that everyone is unique.
Communication
We understand that this process can be stressful for clients but especially for candidates. One of the regular criticisms levelled at recruiters is a lack of communication but at Olivia-Ruella Ltd we will remain in contact throughout the process.
C.V. Advice
We will offer broad-based advice on how to highlight your particular skill-set but moreover, how to tailor your C.V to give you the very best chance of success.
Interview Process
We will always conduct a thorough interview pre-brief, interview de-brief, and thorough feedback; Whether you are successful or not. If we do not think that a role is right for you or that an offer is a poor one then we will advise you of that.
Resignation
We recognise that this can often be a stressful time for a candidate, and can sometimes also be traumatic. We will be there at hand to counsel, support, and even a shoulder to cry on.
Aftercare
We view our candidates as the clients of the future. We will at hand to ensure the onboarding transition is as smooth as it can be.
